Frederick, MD (Jul 16, 2020). Professional Consulting Technologies, LLC (d.b.a. PROCON) announced it has won a $5 million Cellular-Network Service and Support federal contract#36C10X20C0047, in support of Department of Veteran Affairs-Strategic Command-Frederick Maryland.

Professional Consulting Technologies, LLC continues to demonstrate it is a front runner in the federal contracting space by providing information technology (IT) modernization for the federal agency’s enterprise network. The contract scope provides procurement and management of more than 10,000+ cellular devices, covering 25 states and 250+ VA sites: with the end goal of promoting Veteran health and safety. PROCON is providing federal IT integration and cellular service support to veterans and homeless veterans impacted by the global COVID-19 academic through the VA Homeless Program Office, Office of Analytics, and Operational Intelligence (OAOIO) Program

Professional Consulting Technologies announces the award of a Federal Five (5) Year to support the Department of Veteran Affairs, Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS).

Pittsburgh, PA (July 1, 2020): Professional Consulting Technologies, LLC (d.b.a. PROOCON) announced it has been awarded a Federal five year contract#36C24420F0488 to support Pittsburgh, PA Department of Veteran Affairs.  PROOCON has been selected to perform Semi-Annual Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Maintenance and Inspections at various VA locations including University Dr. and H.J. Heinz campuses, Del Monte Bldg., Bakery Square.

PROOCON skilled technicians perform is providing three major contract services that include, 1) Battery Inspection, 2) Battery Replacement, and 3) Emergency Services. Services include providing required labor, travel, tools, and equipment to perform semi-annual preventative maintenance at various Department of Veteran Affairs locations. Technicians are servicing power industry’s major  manufacturers equipment including, APC, Duracell, CSB, and MK Batteries. Other contract obligations include:

Professional Consulting Technologies Awarded United States Air Force Five (5) Year , Information Technology Project Management Contract in Support of the 11th Medical Group (MDG)

Andrews, AFB, MD (June 22, 2020): Professional Consulting Technologies, LLC (d.b.a PROCON) announced it has been awarded a General Service Administration (GSA) IT 70 contract to provide Information Technology Project Management service and support to the United States Air Force  11th Medical Support Squadron located at the Malcolm Grow Medical Clinic. PROCON was selected to provide five years of Information Technology Project Management contracted support to Medical Group, IT staff, and Information Systems Flight.

PROCON is transitioning the Medical Information Systems Flight information technology and computer framework requirements through the building and maintenance of world-class digital services. PROCONs industry certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) are managing the Air Force’s project life cycles including articulating project scopes, timelines, evaluation of plans, risk registers, and communications.  PROCON is excited to lead 11th Medical Group’s cross-departmental teams to see projects through successful resolution including software implementations, operational and structural improvements to IT infrastructure and computer systems.

PROCON is performing Corrective Actions, Preventive Maintenance, Repairs, and Emergency Services for multiple VA locations throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Service support includes various unit types consisting of Zenith, GE FANCUC, and  Russelectric.

Peters Medical Center. PROCON was selected to implement a comprehensive Infrastructure, Communication and Information Technology (ICT) solution to address all aspects of the Northport VA information technology (IT) telecommunications and infrastructure requirements.

PROCON Awarded Department of Veteran Affairs RADIAX Assessment Contract

Loma Linda, CA (Dec 2, 2018): Professional Consulting Technologies, LLC announced today it has been awarded announced  awarded federal contract#36C26219P0369 for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHCS).

PROCON system engineers will perform a complete VALLHC radio assessment within the VA Loma Linda Healthcare Systems buildings and facilities to include the main building, ACC, business centers, clinics, outpatient clinics, storage areas, trailers, admin buildings, Riverside National Cemetery, and all external areas/grounds associated with the above listed locations, etc.

Engineers will perform a mired of scope requirements ranging from, assessing:

  • Approximately (310) total radios on the healthcare systems equipment inventory to include (45) Police Service designated handheld radios.
  • Provide full coverage and are compatible and inter-operable with other VALLHCS radio and county emergency services/communication systems; including:
    • Motorola APX 8000
    • ICOM F60, F4 series
    • Intermec Technologies
    • XP 7500 desktop consoles
    • Install and an uninstalled antennas, unused bases, and unused remotes
  • Mobilize to customer’s location to inspect & inventory the current radio systems; include results in assessment report.
  • Overlay each floor plan and location with a grid and perform a coverage test of the existing systems; include results in assessment report.
  • Map the cable route of the existing systems throughout the VA Loma Linda Facilities and designated areas, by floor, and space.
  • Inspect the current systems, conduct a current systems Evaluation; include results in assessment report.
  • Conduct a Signal Strength Testing
  • Provide data analysis; include results in assessment report.
  • Provide vendor summary assessment, identify known and possible “dead zones” of limited, reduced, and/or no coverage and ways to mitigate it.
  • Provide a draft and a final comprehensive assessment report
