PROCON provides 365 x 24 x 7 world-wide global Network Operations (NETOPS), engineering, configuration, and sustainment of local area and wide area tactical/strategic enterprise networks. Our engineering solutions fully support various server platforms ranging from Microsoft, Dell, Hewlett- Packard, VMware and other manufacturer server products in support of active directory and exchange environments.

Our network services include planning and system design, installation and deployment, relocation and business expansion, network design/engineering management and documentation, on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting, help desk administrator services, expert security consulting, and turn-key outsourcing.

Our engineers have proven combat tactical support experience in the installation, operation, and maintenance (IOM) of government and military automations systems from via Joint Network Nodes (JNN), Command Post Nodes (CPNs, tactical Cisco Call Managers, Cisco routing/switching devices, and a full understanding of implementing fully meshed timed division and frequency division multiplexed satellite terminals.

Additionally, we fully support virtualized architectures using the latest VMware technology. Our leadership team has extensive VMware consulting, and implementation experience and was directly involved with the largest virtualized-core platform to date within the Department of Defense (DoD) Net-Centric Enterprise Services Collaboration Program (NCES) as the authoritative security consulting; responsible for ground up to DIACAP accreditation and certification of major programs of records such as the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Connect Online (DCO) Program—a $100M+ service delivery program.
