Dr. Moore is a retired Chief Warrant Officer Three (3)-250N Network Engineer more than with 26+ years of technical engineering, consulting, and system security. He is both a combat and serviced disabled veteran. Dr. Moore excels in is a seasoned executive and delivers stable systems, and services for the intricate, and complex environments of government and commercial businesses. He has served as a technical manager and subject matter expert (SME) of enterprise systems demonstrating in-depth management and technical leadership in securing and overseeing enterprise data/voice systems, network design. He has served as the authoritative source as Senior Information Security Consultant for Adobe Systems’ $45 million dollar Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) contract for the Defense Connect Online (DCO) Program; gaining exceptional knowledge on commercial and government contracting initiatives.

Serving in the capacity of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), of PROCON Information Technology (IT) Services, Dr. Moore provides the overall vision for the company. Dr. Moore is responsible for overall company performance and profitability, as well as for facilitating PROCONs IT department growth in the technical services arena and establishing PROCON IT’s long-term growth initiatives.

Possessing a Doctor of Management (DM) candidate in Organizational Management & Leadership Program; specialization Information Systems & Technology; holds a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology; specialization in Network Architecture, and Design; Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) Information Systems, Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree, Electronic Technology. Ron’s commitment to the information body of knowledge has inspired to mentor young aspiring technology professionals as a University of Phoenix Faculty. To date, he has instructed more than 600 students on theories and concepts involving emerging technologies and security domains.
