Professional Consulting Technologies Awarded Managed Service Provider (MSP) Contract–Expanding Clayton Eye Center (CEC) Information Technology in Ophthalmic Centers

Atlanta, GA (June 3, 2019): Professional Consulting Technologies, LLC announced it has been selected by Clayton Eye Center, the State of Georgia’s leading ophthalmic provider. Under the contract, PROCON pledges five years of Managed Services and Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) implementation technical support to Clayton Eye Center’s 4 locations–state wide. PROCON provides a full platform of Healthcare technology services assisting Clayton Eye Center to meet the needs of strict data security regulations and exponentially growing amounts of data.

PROCON is modernizing Clayton Eye Centers HER technology and security services, overseeing the deployment and maintenance of all health IT tools used as part of Clayton Eye Center’s EHR platform.

PROCON Awarded Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Northport, NY Infrastructure, Communications and Information Technology (ICT) Contract in support of the James J. Peters VA Medical Center.

Northport, NY (May 14, 2019): Professional Consulting Technologies, LLC announced it has been awarded  Federal PRIME contract#36C24219D0083, a four year contract supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Northport, NY James J. Peters Medical Center. PROCON was selected to implement a comprehensive Infrastructure, Communication and Information Technology (ICT) solution to address all aspects of the Northport VA information technology (IT) telecommunications and infrastructure requirements.

This is a significant step in our long-term strategy and commitment to serve the Department of Veteran Affairs healthcare market and demonstrate PROCON’s position as a large scale, technology integrator.   • Inside Plant Communications Infrastructure-provides support for communications infrastructure upgrades and new installations for base installations upgrade, repair and removal of communications equipment, communications transport cabling
    • Wireless LAN installation, operation and mounting
    • Fiber optic cabling, patching, splicing and termination
    • Desktop installation, cabling including data, voice and video connectivity
    • Cable Analysis and testing

PROCON Awarded Federal Contract to Support the Department of Veterans Affairs, Miami Florida Medical Center

Miami, FL (Feb 10, 2019): Professional Consulting Technologies, LLC announced it has been awarded  awarded federal PRIME contract#36C24819P061, a four year contract supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Miami Health Care Center.

PROCON is performing Preventive Maintenance, Repairs, and Emergency Services for the more than 1,100 Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) backup systems and battery strings within the primary Bruce W. Carter Medical Center and Biomedical Engineering Services Division.

PROCON skilled technicians perform services in accordance with (IAW) all applicable Federal, State, Local, and industry: standards, laws, policies, procedures, codes and any other applicable governing body ensuring equipment operates within manufacturer’s specification. We have boots on the ground factory trained engineers who perform bi-annual and annual major and minor preventative maintenance on all UPS and Line Isolation Monitors (LIMs).  We provide superior services on today’s major manufacturers equipment that include, EATON, Power-Ware, Post Glover LIM Cabinets, APC, GE, Phillips, Siemens, PCM and more. Other contract obligations include:

  • Performance monitoring and operation
  • Reporting equipment failures
  • Emergency repair services
  • Preventive maintenance checks
  • Battery replacement; and
  • Record management

Professional Consulting Technologies, LLC Awarded IDIQ Contract with VA for VECTOR Program

Columbus, OH (May 10, 2018): PROCON is proud to announce that we are furthering our relationship with the Department of Veterans Affairs, with a recently awarded IDIQ contract for its VECTOR (Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness) program. The contract length is five years, plus a five-year option period (10 years total), with a $25 billion ceiling.

We are performing as a subcontractor to the prime contractor, Applied Development, LLC. Contract performance requirement includes six different service areas and PROCON is included in two group offerings: Service Group-2-Analysis and Service Group 3-Training. PROCON comprehensive Department of Veteran Affairs experience in the selected groups was instrumental in our ability to successfully support this winning bid.

PROCON Awarded Federal Cisco Unified Communication Architecture Contract in Support of the Ohio Army National Guard

Columbus, OH (September 30, 2017): Professional Consulting Technologies, LLC (D.B.A. PROCON) is proud to announce the award of Federal Contract# W91364-17-P-0209, in support of the Ohio Army National Guard’s, Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ). 

PROCON is proving Professional Services through its professional network of Cisco Certified Internetwork Experts (CCIEs) to install, operate, upgrade and maintain the JFHQ Cisco Emergency Response (CER) System through implementing a Unified Communication Managers (CUCM v11.5) architecture. The contract is a two-year service contract providing full CER 9-1-1 emergency call life-cycle support to military’s Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP).
