PROCON will fulfill requirements identified by VANJHCS Senior Leadership and Emergency Management Work Group (EMWG) as critical assets for caring for veterans with highly infectious or contagious diseases, during community-wide mass casualty events and performing Tier 3 Healthcare responsibilities in accordance with VHA Emergency Operations Plan, the Homeland Security Excise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) and FEMA guidelines to design and conduct base camp operations and full-scale exercises.

PROCON staff will provide hands’on instructions to more than 30 participants for three (3) consecutive days, 8 hours a day. The training includes:

  • Unloading of Equipment
  • Inventory
  • Equipment Familiarization
  • Shelter built out per need and Disassembly
  • Operations
  • Demobilization
  • Water Distribution
  • Electrical Distribution
  • Hygiene Center Connection
  • HVAC Connection
  • Maintenance
  • Re-Inventory and Reloading into containers and place of storage
