Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Training
Provided the State of Ohio’s Department of Medicaid staff Lean Six Sigma Live Instructor Lead Black Belt Certification Training. PROCON staff provided Six Sigma Black Belt Certification to develop the State’s on knowledge needed to earn certification while providing practical practice applying throughout the program. Our hands-on and project-based training program enabled students to expand their knowledge in Six Sigma and turn that knowledge into action that delivered measurable improvements in business performance. PROCON instructors taught sophisticated statistical decision-making tools and teaching students how to communicate and leverage results from these analyses to impact behavior, decisions and ultimately, delivery of the level of quality required for Six Sigma and customer satisfaction excellence.
