United States Coast Guard Hardware Equipment Procurement
PROCON procured, installed, and delivered $40K in Dell and Cisco hardware equipment for the United States Coast Guard to Jacksonville, Florida. PROCON’s procurement team was selected by the Atlanta Region-4 General Service Administration office as a sub-contractor for procurement, delivery, and maintenance to support a government high-level project. Served as the centralized vendor manager to arrange hardware agreements, pricing, and service level agreement implementation with hardware and software suppliers. Acted on behalf of the contracting officer upon contract award to provide a complete picture of vendor-related activities, s to negotiating terms with dedicated and experienced people focused on the vendor management task.
