IT Solution and Warranty Maintenance Cisco/HP:
Served as primary consultant to contract prime for the design, procurement, and management of equipment and services for a contract valued at $429.587.61 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom troops in Afghanistan. PROCON provided logistics support in the tagging, shipping, and warranty specifications in support of OEF operations, including:
- Procured, shipped, and manages $339K in hardware services for Cisco Systems, Incorporate Hewlett Packard (HP) services.
- Maintains 3-Year warranty and maintenance of vendor products, and storage facility maintenance to customer.
- Provides software maintenance and support for Cisco Systems, Incorporated and Hewlett Packard (HP) for various GSA customers globally.
