PROCON & Indus Systems’ approach to employee information and move management is based on a process that involves three basic steps: 1) identification of entities to be moved.  These may be employees, and/or the related assets; 2) identification of appropriate space to which these employees will be moved; and 3) execution of the move that results in the reallocation of space as indicated on the floor plans and the related database.  Our solution provides a capability to exercise each of these steps using a point-and-click interface and graphic visualization based on current floor plans.

Single or a small number of employees can easily be moved using a visual drag and drop capability.  The destination of the drop may be located on another floor, in another building, or another facility in a different city.  This is made possible by the As-Builts repository at the core of the iDrawings platform.  Larger selections of employees may be made by selections in the data grid or by selecting windows of space on the floor plans.  The target allocations of space may also be selected using the data grid or visually inspecting the space information on the floor plan.

  • Work Order Module– manage defined work tasks for Preventive, Unplanned Maintenance and Service Requests for Assets Maintenance as well as for any Project such as Employee or Assets Moves (e.g., to schedule and perform moves of furniture and files, change telephone extensions and IT assets, prepare and clean designated rooms, emails, etc.).  Work Orders can incorporate Work-Flows that adapt processes to the business functions.
  • Maintenance Management Module– supports the scheduling and tracking of preventive maintenance Work Orders, Incident Reports and Unplanned Maintenance for all equipment and Assets.

All Work Orders for Preventive Maintenance or other repeatable work tasks can be automatically scheduled and their performance status automatically reported.  All repeatable Work Orders can be created once and reused as needed (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annually) and linked to technical specifications and instructions on how to perform the defined work.  Staff and responsible Manager can be assigned to Work Orders and accordingly the work / project progress and status are tracked and reported.  Additional information can be incorporated into the Work Orders such as “materials and costs, labor hours and charge back costs”, and subsequently used to update financial systems.
