Social Security Administration (SSA) Local Area Network (LAN), and Wide Area Network (WAN) and Relocation:
Team PROCON was engaged to support various site locations for the Social Security Administration (SSA) and Disability Determination Service (DSS) offices. Support included direct engineer support for Government-owned Ethernet local area networks (LAN), Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) telephone, desktop equipment and data center relocation. PROCON directly supports SSA requirements on a regional-wide basis by performing the following tasks: relocation site support operations and readiness, including information technology; hardware and software maintenance; information technology communication readiness; relocation site facility management, IT support at relocation sites and contract-level management. PROCON provides repair and replacement of broken equipment and agency IT/communications and provide infrastructure support to maintain mission essential functions.
