PROCON was selected as FirstMerit Bank’s preferred IT Staffing vendor and awarded the Information Technology Staff Augmentation (ITSA) contract to OST, Inc. in January 2014. ITSA is primarily focused on increasing the efficiency of the FirstMerit IT and Security Staff augmentation procurement practices with transparency and neutrality in employing experience IT/S staff. PROCON serves as the voice to FirstMerit’s Human Resource department while raising the bar on the employment process efficiency, reducing the procurement timeline for all involved parties, lowering cost for the banking industry.
